If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange — simple, quick, and stress-free.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with step-by-step instructions to make the process smooth and easy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll resolve the issue immediately — by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, at no extra cost to you.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used personal care or wellness products

  • Items showing signs of wear or physical damage

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Consumables, such as creams, serums, wipes, or gels


🔄 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (for example, for a different size, color, or model),
the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your refund has been processed.


🇪🇺 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you reside in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this time, you can return any unused item for a full refund — no explanation required.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • A proof of purchase is required


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll get an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
